We have a unit in China that, together with our Supply Chain team, searches for suppliers and their technical evaluation, ensuring that the components and essential parts of your project are well selected from the first moment. In addition, it assists in the inspection and shipment of cargo, whether for component validation or more significant volume imports.
Our strategic location, south of Minas Gerais, places us close to the most giant Customs Industrial and Logistic Centers (CLIA) in the country, facilitating customs clearance and inspection. Located in Varginha and Pouso Alegre, we can carry out more significant imports, optimizing costs and ensuring fast delivery to our factory according to your production demand.
We also manage the stock of components for assemblies, ensuring the quality of your electronic board. We have strict temperature, humidity, and ESD control standards for storage, thus ensuring the final quality of the assembly. In addition, our storage process ensures a high accuracy rate, preventing unforeseen events with the material in the production batches.
We have high-tech equipment for SMT assembly, such as a printer, AIMEX IIIC component inserter, SM482 component inserter, reflow oven – and PTH assembly. SMT technology is a method of electronic circuit assembly in which components are mounted directly onto the printed circuit board (PCB) surface. At the same time, in PTH (pin through hole) assembly, components are manually inserted and soldered through holes on the printed circuit board. Our machines and expertise give us the confidence to produce the most diverse projects, from the simplest to the most complex.
The production also has a team trained to perform plate tests, final product assembly, run-in, and packaging. In addition to assembling the electronic board, we assemble the mechanical parts, cables, and other items necessary for the complete product assembly. We adopt standards, monitoring, training, dissipative flooring, blankets, lab coats, gloves, wristbands, tapes, packaging, and other anti-static tools used in production for ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) control and ensure safety for our employees and your product.
All our products have traceability and complete history of each unit produced. This guarantees greater security for batches of boards and manufactured products, allowing it to identify which batches of components were used, which processes the item received, and its entire trajectory within the production stages, including particularities that, although minimal, may harm the performance.
In addition, our partners in logistics and our strategic location help both in the clearance of international cargo and in the agile delivery of manufactured items. We also have a Technical Assistance team, which offers product support to our customers and, if necessary, even to their final consumers.
